All of the rooms at the lodge have some elements of eco construction involved but not to the level of this amazing room. The Eco room offers breathtaking views from the balcony, and has a bedroom upstairs and a lounge downstairs.

 

The Kilwa Treetops Banda overlooks, Masoko Pwani –the stunning beach and is perfect for a romantic getaway, complete with chef inspired meals you can enjoy in peaceful seclusion. Treetop Banda’s are also made up of two levels with the bedroom on the top level and the lounge area below.

The ocean side Bandas put visitor’s just footsteps away from the water and come with twin and double bed, and plenty of storage space. Banda’s also have lovely thatched roofs, a bathroom with a toilet, basin and fresh water shower.

 Beach camping at the Kilwa lodge is a fantastic experience and the owners even offer tent rentals if you need them. The camp areas also have a covered cooking area, and there are showers and toilets available in the main camp area. For a thrilling and unique camping experience the Kilwa Hotel also has an established a bush campsite, located in the Selous Game Reserve buffer zone. The camping facility by Lake Maliwe provides a sustainable income for the villagers.

 Babu’s Bar, on-site at the Kilwa Lodge serves a nice variety of snacks and drinks including wine and refreshing cocktails throughout the evening, a great place to wrap up a special day filled with fun adventures. The lodge’s Masoko Pwani Restaurant serves a selection of set meals usually including fresh vegetables grown on their farm and fresh seafood, with lobster and prawns plentiful. You can count on whatever is being offered to be delicious.
